He received his MBA in Marketing/Finance and BS in Marketing from two Ivy League institutions. He is currently leading one of the world’s largest consumer marketing agencies in healthcare where he has proven to be an effective business builder, and an accomplished leader of people and resources.
Career Accomplishments include:
- Reinvented a classic yet “old-school” declining advertising agency into a best-in-class marketing shop with full service capabilities across advertising, promotion, digital, and direct competencies. Completely changed the agency’s position in the marketplace to be much more relevant to current and prospective clients. As a result, drove a new business win rate of 75% with $20MM in annual revenue within the first 12 months of his leadership and another $12MM in annual revenue in the second year. His focus is now on international expansion.
- Created his own highly profitable marketing services firm that he later sold to the one of the multi-national holding companies. Once within the network, merged with two of their other struggling acquisitions to form the largest “below the line” agency in New York City. Once merged, stabilized the business and generated profitability for the collective agencies for first time in nine years.
- Became a “new products marketing expert” at one of the largest consumer packaged goods clients early in his career by launching nine new products in four years. Most significant of which was the acquisition of a line of skin care products, which quickly became the number one brand in the category, which is still the case today with the same fundamental marketing strategy.
- Recruited out of his Ivy League University for the management training program at one of the world’s largest food companies. Promoted out of the program ten months ahead of schedule to run the New York sales territory. Used this sales experience to gain acceptance to the other Ivy League Business School and a subsequent career in this company’s classic brand management and then later agency management.
He is intrigued by an opportunity that allows him to continue to build his career through building agencies. The ideal organization would allow him to “lead a large team with a focused mission” and market to both professionals and consumers, in an agency where his value is closely tied to both his (and his team’s) performance.
He currently resides in NY and is open to relocation in the anywhere in the U.S.,Europe, Asia, and Australia.
